blue skies and little wind. First day matches included Sporter Class in the morning
and Light Varmint Class after lunch, both at 100 yards. The winner of this regional

and shooter, Steve Kostanich. Steve remains active in TRRC, and it is our privilege
to recognize his fifty-year history of accomplishments, mentorship, and stewardship
in our sport. The Steve Kostanich Trophy will be a perpetual trophy awarded
annually in August each year.
This contest also determines the winner of the Del Bishop Trophy.

skill to take advantage of the favorable shooting conditions and win with a .2314” .
Nice conditions prevailed after lunch for the 100 yard Light Varmint match. Eric

to add mirage to the challenges. The Sporter Class 200 yards was won by Mustafa
Bilal with an aggregate score of .2270” for yardage. Mustafa Bilal’s grand aggregate
score of .2317 gave him the overall win in this class. The battle for Light Varmint 200

Looks like the September Labor Day Weekend match will decide the 2025 Shooter
of the Year (SOTY). This final event of the year will be quite the celebration and a
great way to meet and get to know shooting friends, new and old. Looking forward to
a great weekend.
