Tacky bolt

I have a older Hall Action that I purchased 2 years ago.
I use grease on the lugs, a lil on the body and and cooking cam.
However I have noticed that the body of it is getting quite tacky.
I have used ballistic to clean the bolt body to clean it up and to get rid of any grease residue.
After I do all of this it's still tacky or sticky...
Any suggestions to getting it clean. It could be a lil smoother

Clean the bolt bore in the receiver.

Take apart your bolt and blast it with Gunscrubber. Tw25b on the lugs and cam and bolt shroud threads.

Carb cleaner
