Anybody know if they are still in business? Have a friend in Australia that sent 2 scopes to them many months ago. They do not return emails and their phone mailbox is always full. Any help for him?

I am very sorry to report that I had a very bad experience with this individual some years ago (name of company was/is no longer the business namesake). I had to do an investigative search; locate his home address/number; make contact; and I finally got my scope back. Not to be repeated.
