T/C Encore 7mm-08 Powder

My friend wants me load some bullets for his T/C Encore 7mm-08 with a 15" barrel. I have plenty of 7mm 120 gr Nosler Ballistic Tip bullets, brass and primers. I plan on loading to the minimum per reloading manual because he's wanting reduced recoil. The 140 gr Fusions he's shooting now has too much recoil for him. Have any of you loaded the 120 gr bullets for the Encore and if so, what powder do you recommend? All I have on hand is Hodgdon H414, IMR 4350 and RL 19. Would RL 15 or H4895 be a good choice if I could find some? Any experience or past knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

While the powder you have will work, i think you'd be happier with Varget, RL15, 4895.

Don't know if will help you, but Hornady lists data for the 7-08 handgun.
