US Army Disabled Veteran 1969-1983
I Compete locally in my wheelchair with permission from the NRA. Shooting rifles is out of the question due to injuries to my shoulders and lower back, I also have the loss to both knees and ankles all from injuries while serving in the US Army 1969. I am allowed to shoot in any position that is safe and comfortable to me using a bench rest while competing in the High Power Class of Long Range Pistol out to 200 yards in Steel Silhouette Competitions.
I use a Harris BiPod 1A2-BRM Solid Base 6 - 9-Inch and a Protektor Model Rabbit Ear Rear Bag Hard Bottom, 1-Inch and if need be I also have a set of Bulls Bags if I need a little higher elevation.
My weapon of choice: T/C Encore 15" Bullberry .308 Barrel with Muzzle Brake and a Burris Handgun Scope 3x12.
Ammunition: Federal Gold Metal Match 308 Win. 168, Sierra® MatchKing BTHP
