Switch rifles using same action

Here is one of the ones I've seen that can be broken down and changed over, built by a member her named Gary Eliseo its Called the Universal Match Rifle System.

Looks pretty impressive in the machine work and details, I can't speak for anything else but the rifle seems to be one rifle fit to your task to simplify your duties!

Just trying to help, Paul

I do this all the time. I don't see how the bedding is affected though. I clamp the barrel in a barrel vice with toilet paper tube to protect it. Then insert by action wrench in the action and rotate the entire action stock and scope off the barrel. I carefully slide the action off the barrel. The barrel area of the stock is free floating anyway so the barrel tennon cant really hurt anything even if is does touch the stock (which it doesn't the way I do it anyway.

The only negative I have is that when changing barrels you have to rezero so I keep up with that using a zero stop High Master scope so I set the lowest barrel to zero and track all the barrels zero at 100yards and dial up from there.

IT takes max 3-4 minutes if I have the vise already in my trailer hitch on my vehicle.
