Swfa Scopes

Could some some give me a good
Explaniation on Moa -Quad reticle on these Swfa scopes ? I am Not familiar how these reticles work. Thanks. Marty

An moa quad reticle is like a Christmas tree. Has all the moa markings. The turrets are also moa.

OOPS!! MY BAD!! Wrong scope. The reticle is standard crosshairs with all the sub tensions for moa. Check their sute. I'm sure they have a pic of the reticle.

Marty in brief
The Moa quad reticle has one minute hash marks vertical and horizontal, increments of 10 /20/30 are displayed as diamonds
of a specific size.
The 1 minute reticle is very useful for ranging targets of know size as well as accurate holder overs, these scopes have an excellent range of windage and elevation, more than any other scope that I know of.
My 3-15 as an example has 9 revs of 15 minutes each
Approximately 140 total minutes plus 30 minutes of holder.
(I'm not a professional at this however ")
For an Example of ranging a target
Let's take a 42 (Inch) object that covers 3 .9 hashmarks
42+0=420x3.9 =1638 yards
That's a long shot!

Anyone wants to add anything I'm cool

I have two of the SWFA scopes, a 16 x and a 6x and I have the MOA quad on both. I like that reticle better than the more busy ones on those two hunting rifles.
