has they changed their site , back in Jan i bought a Sightron 10x50 that was a demo
but now it only shows up as SWFA SS scopes ?? and no other brands listed . but
the sale and service was top notch..

From what I understand they are focusing on their own brands. If they have anything used it is not currently on the website. Also, the internal method for warranty replacement has changed. They are making it automated. They issue a credit for the value of your returned scope and put that credit in your cart. You select the product from the availability to use the credit on.

I think there is a little bit of scope snob in all of us, but that aside, I have used many of their SS scopes over the years, and still have several. I will always think they are the best value for the money out there, bar none. JMO.

i have bought a bunch of stuff from them. They are top notch. I've got my credit card ready to go for their black Friday sales.

Years back SWFA was the go-to site for optics. No other company came close in selection, price etc. More recently it appears they’ve pulled way back. Dunno if it’s still the case but SWFA had a price match policy.

I have two of their SS scopes. When purchased my oldest son a varmint barreled Remington 700 for his 14th B-Day about 11 year ago. I got him an SS10X scope with rings etc.... to go with it for Christmas. That scope and rings is still going strong today.

Fastfoward to about a year ago and I got a 20X from them. No issues. The 4X, 6X, 10X, 12X are the best magnifications for their origanal rear paralax Super Sniper model. My 20X I think has pushed the glass to it's limit in that line.

Once you get into the $600 price point you need to look at Arken and Vortex and other's at that point.

Never had an issue though with anything I have bought from them to date!
