I certainly hope that place's like bullets.com and other's will update their list to include new Yorker's as potential buyers. Right now we can order reloading supply's as well as ammo straight to new York without any worry's of prosecution now that it has been eliminated from our lovely law which does nothing to prevent crime. I just got the stats on who registered. For the whole state only 44,000 guns total were registered. Some county's had way less than 100 residents who complied with this dumb law.

Cuomo knows that all the wholesalers still won't ship to ny because there won't be a official letter mailed to them to let them know it is now legal

It's still going to happen Jon, it is only temporary, the Ammo Background check is only on hold until a system can be put in place by the State.

The quote from the State House.....

"The Cuomo administration said that nothing about the SAFE Act is changing other than a recognition that an ammunition database can’t begin until the technology is developed to create it."
