The US Supreme Court found that New York potentially violated the 1st Amendment. "Today, the Court reaffirms what it said then: Government officials cannot attempt to coerce private parties in order to punish or suppress views that the government disfavors," They ruled (once again) that government agencies cannot use threats of legal sanctions and other coercion to entice business to cease doing business with other parties (like banks refusing business with 2A legal businesses). In this case " "guidance letters" in 2018 to banks and insurance companies encouraging them to sever ties with the NRA and other pro-Second Amendment organizations, citing reputational risks. "

No one is going to go to jail. Next year New York who follows no rules, laws etc. will do the same damn thing and we will spend thousands more dollars to prove them wrong and still nothing will happen. Till people start hanging from the nearest tall tree on a short rope we are screwed nothing will change!!!!!

Maybe not. New York is drowning. They will have a 4.3 billion dollar deficit by next year. It is possible they won't actually have the money to fight anymore court cases. They are already 300+ million behind this year. The state currently has nearly 17 billion shortfall in funds. They are writing checks they cannot cash. Their has to come a point where no one will take their bouncing checks. They can't even pay their bills right now.

As the New York judge has done in the Trump case, told the jury it DOESN'T need to follow 6th amendment and can have a guilty verdict without unanimity across charges(not individual charges). Not to mention he (Trump) had to defend himself from UNSPECIFIED charges, then not allowed to call witnesses and the constitutional right to an impartial jury. At times ; the tree of Liberty must be refreshed with the Blood of both Patriots , and Tyrants . It certainly does appear that we are reaching one of those potential cross-roads in Our history .
I also think the Conservatives will wait for the Appeals Process to work it's way out , and determine this Judicial farce to be totally invalid . Then ; We can watch the radical extremist Left begin to riot , Loot , Pillage and Burn . As they always do when they don't get their five year old way !

I am appalled at the number of seemingly intelligent well-informed people who don’t know there is a southern invasion, a President who has defied the SCOTUS not once but 3 times with his attempt to buy votes by forgiving debt.
