Supreme Court refuses to block lawsuit against gun manufacturer brought by Sandy Hook families

I was in eastern New York heading back from delivering/picking loads up in New England when the story broke on the radio. The first reporting officer on the scene said that two 9MM pistols were found with the dead then suspected killer. An AR 15 was found locked in the car that he had driven to the scene of the killings. How can Remington be sued for an unused item under lock and key away from the scene of the crime?

The dual 9mm pistols dont stir emotions like the evil bushmaster

Sandy Hook is as clean cut as the JFK assassination in my mind. Too many issues do not add up.
I heard a report that the shooter at Sandy Hook had died the day before the school shooting occurred, by unmentioned means. The only person that could have verified that (his mother)was reputed to have been killed by the shooter on the day of the school shooting. Way too many loose ends at Las Vegas concert as well.

Any clear thinking idiot can see that this whole thing is dead in the water. The statement is that Newtown kids and adults were killed BECAUSE Remington marketed the Bushmaster AR-15 in a way that glorified the harming of people. Well that would be at least a point to argue if the killer had actually purchased the rifle that he used. He did not. His MOTHER did. She was then shot with that rifle when her batpoop crazy crotchfruit went full tard.

Any handwringing over this is sorely misplaced and could more usefully be pointed towards the fact that Jeffery Epstein didn't kill himself.

Being a victim of punishment by long term unremitting process I can see how the court system will be used against various gun manufacturers. Win, lose, or draw, gun manufacturers will be burdened by this crap. Biased judges allow stuff that should be rejected. Urban, big city, liberal politics will approve of any direct or indirect assault on the 2nd Amendment. I also fear knives, fists, and blunt objects.

I have not figured out how & why but somehow right and common sense seems to eventually prevail - makes one appreciate the electoral college.

Time to go to McDonald's to get my usual weekly ration of whatever.

Nobody will ever know the details. The governor sealed all the documents forever from the public. Mr Habig is still trying to get more documents to prove there were issues with the story how it happened in the first place but to no avail so we may never know. If the supreme court can make laws like they have been doing for decades our laws are in trouble. This means you could sue a hot dog company because you choked to death at Nathans in their eating contest when it was your own hand shoving hotdogs and buns down your throat at speed to win a plastic trophy . This case could open a can of worms we don't want to see.
If you choked to death you couldn't sue anyone. You know what Ronald Reagan would be saying if he was alive , help someone get me out of this casket !
