Suppressors by SRT Arms

im pretty sure this guy is running one. send him a message he will usually get back with u. O'Neill Ops - In Pursuit of a Mile (HD): http://youtu.be/QF7GfsOmieo

heres some more reviews. http://www.ar15.com/archive/topic.html?b=6&f=20&t=279228

personally, upon the opinion of a friend of mine that has several different brands and calibers, im going with the silencerco. harvester, for a one size fits most approach. i just want to get one can to fit all my different rifles. although not always the absolute best approach, i only want to go thru the wait time once.

I have not used any of the SRT Suppressors but I have used ThunderBeast Arms Suppressors and they are excellent. The TBAC's are built for both Accuracy and Sound Suppression. Highly recommended.

I haven't used any of the SRT's. I have quite a few thunderbeasts 22l-1, 223p-2, 30-P1, and 338BA. 30CB9's on order. They have all worked amazing. The 338 is on my edge and the noise is less than an unsuppressed 22 pistol. Recoil reduction allows you to shoot it all day. My 30P-1 is on my 6.5x47 and it recoils between a 22lr and a 223. Have shot a 2.5" group at 1100 with the edge and a 3.8" group at 1170 with the 6.5 off the bipod with these suppressors installed. TBAC's customer service is really good as well as they are very prompt in returning emails and phone calls. They will also give you a free yearly cleaning for your suppressors.

Kinda hard to compare cans since I own only one. Its a SRT Shadow Ti. I looked around and compared prices on cans and how much reduction they had in both company and independent tests. Found that a lot of them are all pretty close in in reduction of noise. I don't know about you but 2Db is less than I can tell in such a short time span that is a rifle shot. After that It just came down to manufacture options and overall price. My distributor had a good price on the SRT so I went that route for my very first can.

Seems OK but like I said,, I really don't have anyway to compare with anything else.

I'll give a plus for the Thunderbeast also...
Customer service was outstanding.
Quality is amazing
I have almost no point of impact shift and accuracy is actually a shade better with the can mounted....I'm running the 30P-1 on my 6mm Creedmoor. With no ear protection it sounds like a standard velocity 22LR out of a rifle. I'll eventually thread several other barrels to share this.

Are there no -dB numbers published for these suppressors???
The standard test is well published (MIL STD 1474c I believe it is) and you can download a sound meter app for your smartphone if you do not want to spend $200 on a proper meter.

Be aware that even the best suppressors only puts tge sound below pain threshold, but it is still well above damage threshold.

This dude in New Zealand is getting quite a following for his suppressors and is now exporting to England. We have 4 of his cans.

I have 3 of their suppressors and love them. 2 are in for cleaning right now they both have approx. 20,000 rounds each. This was 2 years of shooting. Next time I won't wait as long.
I have 2 shadow XL Ti's and 1 shadow Ti.

I have the Shadow Ti. Had all my barrels threaded from .22 to .270. Enjoy it very much. Controls the recoil so I can see my hits.
