Superperformance powder

Has anybody experimented with the superformance powder in 308win or 30-06? I also would love to know if Hornady loads with the same mixture that is available to us or is it blended with something else?

Probably. I've got Superformance ammo at home, but I've never pulled one to look at the powder.

Im shooting a box of 30-06 Hornady SST Superperformance factory loads and they shoot great out of my Win model 70. It absolutely levels Pa whitetails. They advertise 3080fps for the 150 SST's. I would love to try it in handloads for my other (4) 30-06's. Yes us PA guys love are 06's.

That speed isn't much better than what one can do with H-4350. I seriously doubt that a deer in any state would notice the difference in 50-60fps more speed 8)

Superformance IS a blend of 3 powders

I bought a box of factory 180gr. SST for 30-06 and recorded a avg. velocity of 2691 fps shot in a Win 70 Featherweight.
My load of H4350 @ 55grs. using the Nosler Ballistic Tips averages 2697 fps.

I have not tried using the Superperformance powder other than this factory load.

180's in 30-06 at 2850f/s is SUPERperformance in the 06's. Shoots good also
