Thick hickory bacon,, and crimp with 100 count box of toothpick
half a jalapeno cut length wise filled smooth with regular Philadelphia cream cheese, venison back strap cut into a butterfly. Insert the pepper and cheese into the steak like a samich. Wrap it all up in nice thick cut local butchers shop bacon and pin it all together with tooth picks .Cook it on your outside grill of choosing, not too hot though. When the bacon is done so will the backstrap.
