Suhl 150 Shilen Ratchet 4 Groove Barrel

I bought this rifle smithed by Don Blue of VA. Guy did the gun for his wife but she lost interest. Should be here next week.

Item Description: I have a Suhl 150 Benchrest rifle used recently in competition and a fine shooter for a beginner or even an accomplished competitor in Benchrest .22 RF shooting.This rifle has been modified by custom bedding the action and rebarreling from the original by gunsmith Don Blue of Va. It has a Shilen Ratchet 4 groove Rifle Barrel with a cone breech, a Tom Meredith Custom stock,handguard and buttplate,a Japan manufactured Tasco 36 x 44 mm scope with excellent glass,a Hoehn Tuner It is highly competitive with the right Indian behind the arrow and good ammo.Thats last pic is 5 shots per bull at 50 yards with Lapua ammo.

Back in the day, they were excellent RF BR rifles. Had one.

But I did shoot a 249-19X IR50/50 target with my Douglas barrel 10/22 with that setup using SK Pistol Match. No windflags either.

Not bad for a 10/22. Bull 6 was wind shifted reason I missed a 250.
