Suggestions for accurate .45 ACP plinking loads?

I bought a lightly used Sig 1911 Nightmare with the shorter 4.1" barrel. If you have any solid accurate loads for this pistol please chime in. I have range pickup brass for now till the Starline order I placed gets out of backorder status. I bought 200 gr Sig made by Sierra jacketed bullets for home protection but looking for lead or plated lead for less expensive fun, thanks to all! I`m pretty bound to the 200 grain weight.

i have usually shot the 200 HG68 type cast bullets in my 1911s- youve allready got some good load suggestions, if you can find some trail boss, give it a try. low recoil and it fills the case more.
