Stuck case removed with propane torch

As the title states I had a case stick in my body die. In order to get it out I had to use a propane torch (the one I anneal cases with) on the outside of the body die to get it to expand. I am concerned this may have altered the inside deminsions of the body die. The body die is a Redding if it makes a difference.

the only way you will ever now is to find out.but I would think that if you didn't get the die hot enough to really change the color of the metal say cherry red.it mat be ok.but running a test will only tell.

well I have to admit, over the years I probable got 4 or 5 cases stuck, and that's how I got them all out. My die worked just fine afterward.

The Hornady stuck case remover would not get it out . It was almost welded in!
