I have been using Citri-strip on some older Remington stocks and it has worked very well. It's safe to use and easy to dispose when finished. I first used it on an old Weatherby stock and I was amazed at how well it worked. Just brush it on and leave it overnight. The last gun I used this on was an old Remington 40x and the finish wiped off with a rag the next day.Picked up a Remmie 600 that really needs the stock refinished. Suggestions on how to strip the old finish and suggestions for a good oil finish? Thanks
