Yeah, kinda crazy. About a month ago I ordered two 8 # jugs of N133 for $265 each. That works out to $33 per pound.

I don't see this as any surprise given how strong the US Dollar has been.

The pound is doing quite well but we still pay more than you do in the US £115/Kg for VV, no 3.5Kg options for a long time. Rip-off Britain!

I was just in our Sportsmens Warehouse, and noticed the powder
shelfs were quite full with more shelves added, but mainly the more
expensive one pounders, and hardly any 8 pounders. Not much
Vhitavouri on the shelves either. No LRP's and very few SRP's and
they were all Federal Champions......I'll also note they had quite a
bit of stock of Bergers in house, I have never seen before......

Hodgdon has 'greed-flated' pretty much all their products by 100%

When their executive team saw that us reloaders would pay $80/lb for their products on Gunbroker during the latest panic-buying they figured "Why don't we get in on this action?" and doubled their prices almost across the board.

Such it goes when there is an oligopoly with a very high barrier of entry for new players.
