Stopped in from Snipershide need some help

I am wondering if a 7-08 with the 162gr AMAX loaded to a COAL of 2.825 from a 22" barrel will get to at least 2650fps or is this seated to deep in the case to be possible

I am getting 2650 at 2.886 out of a factory savage 22" Barrel
I am using H-4350. I would imagine you would be able to.
