Over the years, we've had good, bad, and indifferent delivery. The worst offender has been USPS, with UPS a distant second. Also, USPS has been the most tedious to deal with when a snafu occurs. The best thing we've done lately is to sign up for the 'USPS Informed Delivery' service. That gets you an email showing the scans of MOST of your incoming mail and tracking numbers.
