Stolen Gun

This is a gun a friend gifted to his Son. Very special paint on it. If you are out and about or a gun show keep your eyes peeled. The gun sits in a 7 Fingers chassis. It has a 7F in a circle, there aren't very many of these out there in case it gets repainted.

I would like to ask everyone to keep an eye out for a very special one of a kind handgun! It was stolen last week from a storage facility in Colorado and was a gift from me to my son Daylon when he graduated from boot camp. As you can see in the pics below it is very unique and means a great deal to him. Thanks! Please Share!

Do NOT store guns in a storage facility! A close friend recently had 50 (yes FIFTY) guns stolen from storage where they were inside locked vaults (but not heavy gun safes). He believes it was an inside job. And most storage areas will NOT insure firearms for full value.

I had my entire airgun collection stolen from a storage facility, along with my 6' tall mechanics rollaway tool box and anything else they thought they could get a buck for. Thankfully, my gunsmithing tools and all powderburners were at the new house, but they also got 4 bicycles worth thousands each. Been 5 years, still no sign of anything.

If you can detail action make, model and all individual parts of the gun, it may help, but best of luck on getting anything back!

Best advice I can give to anyone considering a storage unit, buy several trail cameras and set them up inside. The theft of my unit was in 'the only blind spot' in the entire facility and the person working there when I signed the contract quit abruptly after 3 months, shortly after several units were burgled. Inside job is almost always the case from what I have learned since from LEO and management.

Only a slime ball would steal a firearm. It just makes me sick that they get away with it. I suppose there were no cameras to photo the bum?
