Hate to disagree, but his problem is LYING to customers as to when they'll get their product and then dragging it out so long as he gets his money up front. Anyway you cut it, that's flat dishonesty (borderline theft by false pretenses), regardless of how good or well intentioned he may be in the long run.

I'm reading all the comments and I will say quick, I can't control how they run their business. Fred is one of the best, that's a known fact.
I wish they would address their current situation with all of us. All I can say is I met with both of them a few weeks ago. It's definitely NOT because they don't care. There really good people.
But I will agree they need to share some issues with everyone, and I think that might ease the tension somewhat. Employees (good) are hard to find and expensive. There's not a big mark up on gun accessories. That makes it difficult to find a good reliable employee, especially in his area.
I may be seeing him again in the near future. Hopefully I may be able to share more with everyone. But for now, email is the best way to contact them. And it's unbelievable how many emails they get daily. It's in the thousands per week. I personally would go nuts if I were in that position.
Take Care,
Dennis
