Stock style question

Can someone explain the intended use of this stock;

I assume it's mostly prone and probably better suited for that verses a Winchester Marksman style stock but how hampering would it be to offhand and with sticks?

Probably a dumb question but trying to get some info before dropping cash.

You can use it for almost anything,varminting,sling,bipod and if you unscrew the swivel anchors you can even use it fo benchrest in a pinch.

It would be pretty tough to use it for rear bag benchrest with the bottom slope of the buttstock the way it is, but for any other type of shooting it would be just fine, if it was in stock....

You can use a golf club for a hammer; that's a prone stock.

I know where a used one is for cheap is why I'm asking.

I shoot benchrest and have some conventional rifles but clueless about that other stuff, looked like that may be functional without all the gi joe crap hanging off it which is got me thinking about trying it out.
