Well, the price is less than it would have cost including the pic rail...so I'm guessing the RB/RP is the problem...I know if I wanted a drop, it would be RB LP.

Being new to precision shooting, I don't understand the advantage of a left port. You have to break you position on the bags with both hands. With a drop port the brass falls from the action and you only have to use your right hand.
Enlighten me.

it's faster for many...as the bolt is moving back you can load a round with the left hand almost at the same time, one motion vs letting go of the bolt and reaching for a round then closing the bolt. Someone will come along looking for the particular set-up and possibly buy it...but expect to take a loss, gun parts are like cars...once out of the shop people usually want them much cheaper.

Only if you are a bag-squeezer You need to find a bag-squeezer looking for a drop.
