Sticky Chamber

If it is, as @J.d. Popkes opined, primary extraction then I would point the finger at Savage. The good news is that primary extraction issues are a much easier fix than with many other brands.
It seems you feel like there is an issue with the Proof Research barrel and, at least to that end, I would give the people at PF a call to discuss. You may be surprised by their willingness to "go the extra mile" to make sure you are satisfied with their product. I say that from a recent CS experience I had with them. They were absolutely fantastic!
My issue was a new SS prefit that not only had difficult extraction but ejected brass left a pretty deep ring al most all the way around the brass. A chip had gotten on top of the reamer.
I'm not trying to bash Savage or PROOF Research. Its my understanding that PROOF doesn't chamber the barrels and that Savage chambers them. I'm a huge Savage fan, I have 6 of their rifles and like them all. I'm just trying to understand the sticking issue. I emailed Savage I'll see what their response is.

Ever seen where you put two tiny set screws in the rear baffle between it and the rear of the receiver? Set them out a tiny bit , blue loctite them. Makes them two camming surfaces engage sooner. It works pretty well.

Or you get an origin, or an atlas. For not much more that accepts a far superior trigger.

If you read in my post that I think you're bashing Savage or Proof you should read it again more carefully.
My intent is that YOU do some more investigation so you aren't, as we say down here in 'Bama, "barking up the wrong tree". You'll certainly be ahead of the game by going to the right source from the beginning.

Chambers cut with quality reamers need nothing. You can do a quick polish for cosmetics but if theres grooves or scratches your polishing out thats usually an issue with the flush or the reamer. Like others have said, thats not your issue. But I encourage borescopes. You want to know what you paid for.

Are they savage clones or something ? I don’t know a lot about custom actions if they are even custom so don’t cuss me too bad Thanks

I took a couple picks of fired brass with ring marks on the neck that I believe were caused by the grooves in the chamber. Funny thing is that piece of brass did not stick in the chamber when fired. I looked at a couple pieces of brass that did stick and could not see any defined rings on the neck.
Those do not look deep enough to case extraction problems.
