Sticky Bolt

I have a Savage 110 Single Shot action that I have taken the ejector spring out of. I have a 6BR barrel on it. I am shooting 95 Gr Nosler BT over 30 gr Varget/CCI 400 primer. (very accurate) Cases are trimmed to correct length and I am jumping the bullets. The bolt opens easily but needs a bump to move backwards. I have reduced the load to 29 grains and it does the same thing. The rounds load easily, no cramming when I close the bolt. Fired cases do not show high pressure, slight cratering but no blown primers. I have some with a lighter bullet and a max book load of Varget and they work fine. Any ideas?

My sierra manual shows your load is 1.5 gr over max for a 100 gr bullet but within safe load for an 85 gr bullet. Does the problem go away with a lighter load?
