Steiner Nighthunter laser range finding binos

Trying to get some feedback from shooters using these binos. Specifically how well they range. They're rated at over 1800 yards but I'd be using them on 16" white painted steel out to 1000 yards plus. I'd like them to be able to range steel out to 1200-1300 yards. How do they compare to the Leica 1600b for ranging? Any input would be appreciated.

Well I'm not sure anyone is interested in how these perform but I went ahead and got a pair at a reasonable price and tried them out today along side my Leica 1600B. The only feedback I was able to get was from a shooter that bought them to replace his Leica LRF binos that had been lost and he wasn't impressed with the glass but said the LRF was fine.
The only binos I own are an old pair of Ricohs 7x50 and when new were very bright and gathered a lot of light however after dropping them they lost their anti fog ability and are not as bright as they used to be. My other pair of binos are Nikon Monarchs that were $275 binos 15 years ago and work fine but aren't anything to write home about. Compared to those the Nighthunter was bright and clear however I can't tell you how well they work in low light yet. They don't have a huge field of view but comparing them to a monocular LRF they are great.
My biggest concern was how well they would range. I've been impressed with the Leica 1600B since it ranges as far as advertised so comparing them was a good test. With the Leica I can hit 16" white painted steel at just past 1000 yards on a sunny, hot day. I can hit a white building at 1600 yards, tree lines at 1300 yards, so pretty much as advertised. With the Steiners I was able to hit the back of a white speed limit sign at 1450 yards repeatedly. Wasn't able to reach that far with the Leicas. Also was able to hit tree lines at 1600 yards and a brown house at over 1800 yards. It looks like the Steiners will extend range finding several hundred yards farther than the Leicas 1600 however at over twice the price. Still they work as advertised and with the wider field of view make it much easier to spot the intended target. Reruns for both the Leica and Steiners are very fast and seem to be repeatable. So far, so good.
The only negatives are: the targeting circle isn't as bright as I'd like but the numbers are plenty bright and it doesn't have a tripod mount. I rested both LRFs on my tripod with a Hogsaddle and found them plenty steady so not a big deal.
