Starting with 175 smk / H-4895

175 gr SMK
4x fired Lapua brass
Fed 205m
OAL-2.345" gauged (hornady ogive)
H-4895 39.0 - 43.5 in 0.5 increments

Question:
40.5 shows best group at 0.149. The problem is this group also shows a velocity anomaly and a vertical one as well when compared to the others. In a graph the group size and vertical are in a valley. The velocity is a peak in an otherwise normal upward trend as would be expected.

Anyone see this before ?
Group size is approx 0.560 less than average of 0.711
Group vertical is approx 0.598" less than average of 0.721"
Avg group velocity is approx 2674 fps.
This is for the 40.5 load. Has anyone seen this before ?
