Starting them out young.

Leo, one of my grandkiddos, learning the ins and outs of my Loh rest. He's got a very mechanical mind and even just turning 4 years old, can thread nuts and bolts together easily and loves helping out with anything that involves a wrench. For some reason, he loves my aluminum AN wrenches.

Good shootin' :) -Al

I've been around a lot of new hires in the oil field that are 18+ years old that have never held a crescent or pipe wrench, can't read a tape measure, can't operate a ratchet strap etc.
Literally blows my mind LOL

That young man will never be that guy.

Oh my....... Racing AND Shooting.....Grampa better leave a few things to get started on on both counts.
Seriously though. It's great to get them started early. Good job.

I went to check on a computer upgrade in the dyno cell at the race shop yesterday and brought Leo along. He was in seventh heaven, believe me.

When I took him into the dyno cell, he got real quiet and walked around looking at everything for a few minutes. "Grandpa, I learn the big machine, okay?"

The downside was that I've been replaced by his new hero, race shop owner Bob. Before we left, we went to wash our hands. "I want to use the soap that Bob uses." :p:cool:

He's also quite the chick magnet......

That’s awesome! Job well done. Son turned 25 few weeks ago so family was together. Son got out the 177 cal pellet rifle out that they shot in backyard and asked our 7 year old granddaughter did she want to shoot it? Big smile on her face. Son put ballon’s out for target.
