st.mark 749 ball powder

Hello Anyone,
i have acquired an 8 lbs of ST.Mark WC 749 powder does anyone have experience with this powder
what is it's use ?

Only info I can find is heresay, which is its a bulkier version of WC846 (BLC-2) for M118LR rounds. Can't find any info from SMP verifying application.
