i have acquired an 8 lbs of ST.Mark WC 749 powder does anyone have experience with this powder
what is it's use ?

Winchester and the military developed WC-749 and WC-750 at the same burning rate as WC-846 but less dense for more case fill in sniper ammunition but still use WC-846 in standard service ammunition.

The first link has three variations of WC-846. Two different burn rates, if i remember correctly? Plus different additives.

There is a WCC-6196 which was a pulldown from 223. 28.6 Gns will take a 68 gn bullet to 3350 FPS in a PPC
