Squeeze bag or rear rest

Hi all im currently using a bell and Carlson a5 stock with but hook and a harris bipod. im looking in the near future to upgrade to an MPOD and was wondering what option others were using or recommend with this style of bipod.

I would suggest for you to try both. I use a squeeze bag for Tac competition and a Seb bag filled wih heavy sand for FTR. I have tried both for F/Class and prefer the Seb. There are plenty of shooters that use a squeeze bag for F/Class, and shot quite well.
