I think that for digiscoping many birders recommend straight if you are attaching a camera.  I use a straight scope because most of the time when I amglassing for deer I do it from atop a ridge or mountain and am prone so that I don't break the skyline.  Looking down hill with a scope is easily done with a straight scope, but if you are hunting sheep or Aoudad and angled scope has the advantage.
