This is the exact same as the Bausch and Lomb Discoverer These were made for years--are multi coated optics and Sharp as a tack!! Truly one of the best values in a spotter--yea you can see some on Ebay- $60-all scratched up--worn and with expensive shipping or get this new in the box for a deal $100 shipped!! These will get you by just fine and are light years ahead of the cheapo china stuff we use these all the time at rimfire matches
