Sporting clays vest- any recommendations?

I have a winter shooting coat by them, and will be replacing my 20 year old vest with one of their Heat Wave vests. These folks just make nice stuff.

I shoot trap a lot! Between 20 to 30 thousand shells a year. Just started getting more interested in rifles. IMHO I don't think you can do better than John storm gear. I use his rain gear and vests and have never had a problem. I was bs'ing with him at a shoot once and a customer bought a coat back that looked to me like a snag, not any defect. John said no problem and got him a new coat on the spot. THAT'S SERVICE!! He's not the cheapest but I feel he's the best and will make a vest to suit your needs and sizing. They fit and hold up extremely well. Good luck, whatever your choice.

You should look at vests from Wild Hare, I think you will find a great product with all the features your looking for. There is a distributor by the name of Patrick McCabe. I will see if I have his number for you.

+1 on this. I've had several different vests over the years ans I like the Wild Hare the best. Numerous pockets and a zipper on the empty shell ouch-good deal. Priced right too!
