spin and velocity

Does a bullet lose rpm’s at the same rate it lose’s velocity?

Just thinking about how this affects accuracy…

No it does not.

A bullet stays relatively constant in terms of rotation all the way to its destination even through the transition between supersonic and subsonic.

If it stayed in the air long enough I would imagine spin would eventually decrease to a point of destabilization but it would be a long darn ways away.
