SPF....Criterion .308 28" stainless barrel for Savage...

For sale is a brand new Criterion stainless barrel chambered in .308 Winchester. It is 28" inches long and has a 1-10 twist, and is for a small shank Savage. It measures 1.050" at the end of the action threads and 1" at the muzzle end. Muzzle end is unthreaded. It is supposed to have a freebore to use 200g and heavier projectiles. I purchased it directly from Northland Shooters Supply.

$375 shipped Postal Money orders
Thanks for looking!

No idea of freebore, Northland can only answer that question, but they told me for my intended use in F-T/R it had freebore long enough to accommodate the long performance Berger 200.20X and heavier projectiles. What additional pics would you like...?

i think i found the info
The 308 F/TR chamber has a .168” free bore set up for the long heavy bullets, 185-205 grain making it very popular with our F/TR shooters.

Yes, that was what I understood it to be. No receipt, I purchased it about 3 years ago pre-covid and just went a different direction. I'll get those pics for you tomorrow. Thanks
