Spent my birthday money at the gun show this weekend

I picked up 8 pounds of RE-15.5. Not cheap but reasonable for what it has been selling for. There was a good supply of most Alliant stuff that we haven't seen for a while,
On the way out I stopped to talk to the officers doing the incoming gun checks. A guy walked up with an older almost pristine 870 riot gun. The officer said he has the same one in his cruiser. He never got inside with the gun. $350.

I bumped into a guy with a Rem 1100, on the way out of a show as he was coming in, $200.00. Not prestine but dove didn't care. There were 3 people behind me ready to take it but it's mine now.

My wife bought me 1 for my 21st birthday. It cost her $200.00 in '80. Had she shopped around she may have been able to purchase it for less. I've shot a lot of doves with it, and clay birds.

In '89 I bought my son a Remington 870 Wingmaster 30" full choke. This thing was pristine. It has Grade B wood on it and it rivals the Grade A of today. It was used, I can't remember the year it was made. It belonged to a USN Sailor that had to get rid of it. My buddy ran a pawn shop and I ended up with it.
