Source for Carbide Bushings Needed.

Anyone know of another source for Carbide Neck Sizing Bushings other than Bud Mundy? I need .267 and .268 diameter bushings for a .272 ND 6BR and have had no luck contacting Mr. Mundy. (He was to special order them in April with a 12 week wait time but I cannot get a response from him now via email or cell phone.)

Several sources offer bushings suitable for .262 and .268 neck diameters but I am striking out finding the correct bushings for my no turn neck chambers. I have a new 6 BRA being built with a .268 ND as soon as Ronnie Long gets them chambered and I am all set for this caliber. But I have some varmint 6BR barrels requiring these bushings.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Steve at benchrite had a ton of them a couple years ago. Be worth a call. Butch lambert at shadetree engineering had some too but not sure about no turn size

Thanks for the tip and links. The largest Steve had listed in stock was .2655" but his page said that he could special order.

Why do you need carbide? Plain steel works well as do the Ti coated. Never had an issue with either.

I use TiN coated until I can get carbide. Carbide is just so much smoother and I use it for bushings, expander balls, as well as turning mandrels for my Pumpkins.

Heck, I even bought Dillon FL carbide rifle dies for my .223 and .308 AR platform rifles.

Carbide is in a whole different and better category in my opinion.

Why do you need carbide? Plain steel works well as do the Ti coated. Never had an issue with either.
