Soot Problem?

Ok, don't laugh but I am having a problem with my 30-06 reloads. The 06 I am shooting has a PacNor barrel & all the good stuff. Shooting a tried & true load 56.0 H4350 behind 165 Partition / Ballistic Tips with Rem 9 1/2 primers. great accuracy, no pressure signs on cases or primers. But the barrel appears to have a light coat of soot / unburned powder after every shot. Outside Temps in the 40-60 deg F range. Funny thing is these rounds I loaded about 4 years ago and never had the problem before, any suggestions or solutions THANKS
