Just dinking around the other day before getting back on the boat. Was playing with a old mold I had, cast a bunch of decent looking ones and yet again just kinda thought why not let's see what happens .Tried doing some different stuff as far as powder coating . Pre heating my bullets a little really made the PC stick on better and thicker. This high humidity just pain doesn't allow me to get a nice coating as quickly and easy as other people
Will say though you only supposed to get them warm to the touch...but warm to the touch means something different when you have farmer hands

Silicone ice cube trays have really been super nice to keep my bullets up straight during loading and the walk to the oven. Also learned that an initial 5min of using the air fryer mode on my toaster oven then turn it down to 350-375° for 25-30min really give a nice shiny coating I've been liking

Anyhow loaded some for the bubbaed 1917 ( was actually considering trying to paper patch some for my Mosin but that's something for next month) and got some decent success at 50....why you supposed to steal cast at 50...idk but it's the norm for some weird reason, even in the load manuals. Did take it out to 100yd and noting to brag about honesty
