SMP 842 Powder Data

I want to reload .223 and use 60gr to 70gr bullets. I have obtained a small quantity of SMP 842 and don't know an awful lot about this powder.Any experienced person out there to offer me some guidence on loading info?? Tnx
 
SMP842,What is it supposed to be close too?I have never heard of it.

Barrel 16",1:8" twist,Sierra SMK 69gr .223 bullets (#1380),New Federal Brass and WSR primers.Started at 22 grs using SMP-842. In steps of .3grain, increased to 24.4grs carefully looking for any signs of pressure-none found. It became clear,with this particular bbl(Red-X bull) that perhaps a slightly lighter weight bullet,different brand bullet or powder might reliably produce 1" groups or better, at 100yds
