I was cleaning my m&p 22 compact yesterday and lost the extractor. Gave Smith and Wesson a phone call and they are mailing me one for free!!!

I couldn't be more happy!!!!

Had the opposite experience. Had an MP9 bolt face crack in two places and fall out in pieces from basic factory 115 gr ammo. A few emails and calls back and forth, then nothing.

I was told that if it was any caliber larger than a 22 long rifle that I would have had to mail it in. They did say however that they would pay shipping
