I saw them some years ago cant remember who sold them, it could of been brownells.

I remember when they were first advertised. You could buy them for installation in your own stock. Later I saw that they were offered as an option for Bell and Carlson stocks. To this day, I remember how they were installed. They were installed parallel to the bottom of the barrel not the bore. The delrin block would be sanded to shape and pressure with abrasive paper between the block and barrel, facing the block. There was more to it, but that should give you an idea of how they worked.
