I often struggled when time was short to get my bi-pod attached to my rifle and had noticed some others having the same problem sometimes. This afternoon I decided to do something about it so I took the pin out and put a slight chamfer on the end of it and smoothed it off with some fine grit sandpaper. It now finds the hole in the stud and slides in easily. Don't know why Sinclair doesn't do that to them to begin with.
