What barrel length are you guys shooting on custom built small bore Silhouette rifles?

most shooters shoot 22-24" barrels. The main reason though has to do with weight as you are limited to 10lbs 2ozs including scope and all accessories for competition. your are allowed up to a 30" barrel though.

To clarify, those specs are for Standard rifle only. Hunter rifle is limited to 9 pounds total weight and no more than a 26" barrel. Most people I know set up one Hunter rifle and shoot it in both classes rather than have two complete rifles.
My Anschutz 1710 FWT has a 22" barrel and at most matches there might be one or two barrels slightly longer than mine. If I were to build a custom rifle I would want it to match my high power rifle as close as possible. That one has a 26" barrel with a #5 (Bull Sporter) contour and is pleasantly barrel-heavy.
