I'll try to look it up but I bought a roll of it....3" wide and at least 9' long....online for much cheaper than the small squares i had purchased from Sinclair. It is a little thinner but worked just as well on my Open class fore end and butt. (hmmm....that sound a little odd now that I read it..but there it is)


edit- I think it was the 0.012" tape/ 3" /15ft roll

I get it from Mcmaster carr. Search low friction uhmw tape for clear less expensive tape. Or low friction ptfe tape with teflon, it's quite a bit more expensive and I believe the only color is gray, and it's a little slicker.

Some 18 years ago I ordered some stock tape from a well known supplier. I was charged $9.00 for shipping. That came back to bite him many times . You need to ask your selves ... how much does a piece of stock tape 3" wide by what rides the bags weigh ?. Buy it from Steve....

I actually buy quite a bit from Steve, just not stock tape. The 5"×5" size works great for the forend, I prefer a little longer piece for the butt so I can move my rear bag to fine tune balance. It's not a money thing for me.
