May not have the thickness you're looking for, but there's this as well:

You can find single thinner shims if necessary as well both at Grainger and McMaster-Carr.

I should add that I've never used these - just looked them up one time a while back.

I don't know how many come in a kit, but I bought one many years ago and never used it. I have seven shims; you can have them if you want.

Go to Auto parts store , get some valve job shims. Dirt cheap and they will work. Tommy Mc

Link changed. May not have been applicable anyway. McMaster has this though:
https://www.mcmaster.com/98126A037 7/8" ID, 1-3/8" OD, .001" to .125" in 18 steps, stainless. Not cheap though.

There are two types of Skips die shims- 1/ for use with 7/8 x 14 threaded resizing dies and 2/ those for use with Wilson in-line seater dies.
