size difference question

my question is .. what differences in measurements are there in whatever new stuff that is available in Lapau 6mm Br. brass then the old'err brass

i have a half box of 6mm Br. Norma brass in the Lapua gold an black cardboard box, i know i'l need to buy more brass down the road cause i'm about order a reamer but 'how to' have it cut for the neck size.. it'l be a 22Br.

The neck is thinner to the old stuff by a couple thou.

By just about a thou, actually. Roughly .0005" to .0006" thinner per side. And the boxes they came in don't really mean anything, since it wasn't a single turning point. The newer, slightly thinner necks were phased in at about the same time we switched to the blue platsic boxes, but there wasn't any attempt to segregate them into "new" and "old" by box type.
